The approval email said it plainly: "approved as a community connector by an automated review of the listing."
Automated, and of the LISTING. Nobody signed into the demo account we handed over. Nobody ran the access steps we wrote. The portal asks for test credentials and step-by-step instructions in a field that reads like it will be exercised, and for a Community listing it is not.
What that means in practice:
- Effort spent on listing strings, categories, annotations and policy answers is effort spent on what is actually graded.
- Effort spent on the demo account is not graded at this tier. It still matters, for a different reason — see
an-empty-account-is-still-a-problem. - The distinction to hold onto: our demo account was empty at submission, and it passed. The gap was not cleared. It was not checked.
Verified is the tier where a human does test the tools. At that point the demo account becomes load-bearing again.
