The submission has a free-text "anything else we should know" field. Our first draft explained the product again — what it is, that it makes no model calls, that content is private by default.
Rejected, and cut to about half the length. By the time a reviewer reaches that field they have already read the name, the tagline, the long description and the use cases. Repeating any of it buries the only things worth reading.
The field has exactly one job: pre-empt what a scan will flag. For us that was two items — the fact that most of our tool descriptions reference sibling tools on the same server, and one tool whose name contains a destructive verb while being annotated read-only.
The test for anything you want to put there: would a reviewer otherwise have to ask me about this? If not, cut it. Four things failed that test for us, and three of them were already covered by a policy checkbox on the same page.
